1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vector-CV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

2. Service Description and Use

Vector-CV provides an AI-powered platform to help you create, customize, and manage professional resumes. Key features include AI assistance for content generation, multiple template options, font selection, extensive color customization, and layout adjustments. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to resume creation and career development, and in accordance with these Terms.

2.1 User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. User Content and AI Assistance

You retain ownership of the personal information and content you input into the service ("User Content"). By using Vector-CV, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service, including utilizing AI features to assist you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. AI-generated suggestions are provided for assistance and should be reviewed for accuracy.

3.1 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or create content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is false or misleading

4. Service Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

5. Payment Terms and Subscription Plans

Vector-CV operates on a subscription-based model with multiple plan options to suit different user needs. We offer the following plans:

5.1 Available Plans

• Free Plan: Basic access with limited features for creating and editing resumes
• 7-Day Pro Pass: One-time payment providing full Pro access for 7 days, including unlimited resume and cover letter downloads
• Pro Monthly: Monthly recurring subscription with unlimited resume and cover letter creation, downloads, and premium features
• Agency Plan: Monthly subscription designed for teams and agencies, supporting up to 10 users with centralized billing and priority support

5.2 Billing and Payment

• All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers
• All payments must be made through our secure payment processors

5.3 Access and Downloads

With an active paid subscription (7-Day Pro Pass, Pro Monthly, or Agency Plan), you have unlimited access to create, edit, and download your resumes and cover letters. Free plan users have limited access to features and downloads. All downloaded content remains accessible to you even after subscription expiration, but creating new content or downloading updated versions requires an active subscription.

6. Referral Program and Social Media Promotion Guidelines

Vector-CV offers a referral program that allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers. Participation in this program is subject to the following guidelines:

6.1 General Referral Terms

• Referral commissions are earned only when referred users make qualifying purchases through subscription plans
• Commission Structure: Referrers receive a 20% commission from the first payment made by referred customers. For recurring subscriptions (Pro Monthly and Agency Plan), this applies exclusively to the first month's payment - no additional commissions are earned from subsequent monthly payments or renewals
• Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change with notice
• Referral accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these guidelines
• Minimum payout threshold and payment schedules are determined by Vector-CV and communicated to referrers

6.2 Social Media Promotion Guidelines

When promoting Vector-CV through social media or other channels, you must adhere to the following standards:

• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional tone and approach in all promotional activities
• No Spam: Do not engage in spam activities, including but not limited to mass posting, unsolicited messages, or excessive promotion across platforms
• Truthful Representation: Provide accurate information about Vector-CV's features, capabilities, and limitations. Do not mislead potential users
• Platform Compliance: Follow the terms of service and community guidelines of each social media platform or promotional channel
• Value-Added Content: Focus on sharing genuine experiences and valuable insights rather than purely promotional content
• No False Claims: Do not make exaggerated claims about earnings potential, success rates, or guaranteed outcomes
• Proper Disclosure: When required by platform rules, FTC guidelines, or local laws, clearly disclose your referral relationship and potential compensation
• Respect User Privacy: Do not share personal information of referred users or use deceptive practices to obtain referrals

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your referral account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription expires
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after subscription expiration
• All your created content will be preserved, but access to premium features and downloads will be restricted

8. Limitation of Liability

Vector-CV is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, employment opportunities, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes affecting pricing or core functionality, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice.
